Question About Free Monthly Crate's Tokens.

Hello.

I have redeemed a free monthly crate, i have succeeded to redeem it and have obtained some form of purple "token" of sort, i am uncertain how to "redeem" this token as i did not manage to read throughly what that implied.
It would be great if someone could help me with this, thanks in advance.

 

Try using /crate
That will open a menu with all your crates

 

If you mean you opened your crate and received some kind of purple token, you probably got a purple wybel token. Use /pets to redeem it.

 

Yep, did this, it did the whole weel thing and "gave" me the thing.

I have done this but it says i have no pets? It does sound really close to what i got which makes me think i might've done something wrong.
Perhaps there are other kinds of items?
Or perhaps is the problem that i logged out before doing /pets ?
Either way i would not be troubled as it was a free rewards anyways.

 

What does the token look like? A screenshot would be great.

 

i actually have no idea, i don't think i have anything inside my inventory that is certain, is there some other place that tokens get stored into?

 

Type /use. You'll be able to see all your cosmetics and pets after clicking on the icons. You'll see what you got there.
