Broken Questline-meaningful Holiday (need Advice)

Hey, guys so I started the questline Meaningful holiday but once I got to Reshad in the 7th step I believe (nicks friend in the quest I was supposed to meet) he only told me 3 out of his 4 lines of dialogue. I cant click on him anymore to repeat his dialogue and I tried backtracking my steps in the quest and looking into the further parts thru a guide but I can't progress anymore. What should I do? I'm pretty new so I don't really understand the game too much yet.

Did you leave in the quest? What version do you play on?

Try progress (go where the portal should be)

 

I didn't leave... I play on 1.12.2 forge so I can run the wynntilis mod
I tried the portal but I still don't know. Anything else I should try?

 

Create a bug report on the forums

If any of the points below work, don't do the next one and continue playing
Then:
1) Do /class for 20 seconds
2) Change worlds
3) Relog
4) Uh
