Wynncraft Has A Wynncraft Problem

I think that Wynncraft has a huge problem: the endgame. Where will it take place? Fruma or Dern. Here are my opinions:

Dern: This makes sense becuase Dern would be the "hardest" area becuase the boss probably would be the embodiment of darkness itself. The problem with this is why would we the main person go through RTD then Fruma THEN Dern. It makes no sense.

Fruma: This would make sense becuase it would make you come full circle however, why would Fruma be more powerful than the beasts in Dern?

These are my thoughts on the problematic endgame. What do you think and where do you think the endgame will take place.

 

Maybe the endgame will be a plot twist and the endin will be the ancient race of time valley that one day just dissapeared

It would make atleast a pretty cool area and I just want more time valley content, time valley is the coolest place in wynn period and has great potential for improvement

 

Maybe Fruma won't be level 100+

 

I can see how Fruma could have potential as an endgame piece but personally I feel like Dern would be the most obvious choice what with the light vs. dark theme. Having Dern as endgame could happen pretty independently of Fruman involvement too.

Fruma’s never seemed too involved with the rest of the realm’s struggles either way, just an unexplained part of the player’s backstory with potential to become a new Corkus.

In short, Fruma probably won’t be the endgame.

 

I wouldn't be suprised if fruma remained kinda disjointed, my idea for the story is that you maybe cannot enter the portal, due to some powerful magic or something, that needs to be removed in fruma or something.

Realistically, Fruma is either gonna be like an area you visit at a lower level before dern, or maybe they never release it at all, leaving it a mystery...

 

I really don't understand how Wynncraft can implement a main storyline. I don't even know if they still are planning on making one, or just gave up.

 

I feel that fruma would cover a similar area to corkus as their plots would go well together, and then after lvl 95 or so, the quest focus is gavel, then se, then dern

 

Nothing in Fruma's lore states that it is a powerful region. In fact, the imperial gates house guards that are level 65 or somewhere along those levels. If Fruma ever releases, chances are it'll be level 60-70 content.

 

I hope Fruma is going to be endgame. Right now when you've done all quests the story ends at you standing at the Dern Portal. It would be so lame to be like: "You wanna go in right? Sike you gotta go to Fruma first!" It feels a bit weird to do it right after Silent Expanse. Doing it in earlier levels would feel a bit anti climactic for a region with this much mystery and potential. I feel like there's so much we don't know about Fruma that I believe some people here are thinking too lightly of it. Fruma gets the same attention as all the other regions in for example the Llevigar Library, I doubt it's as insignificant as some think. I my view it would be: Silent Expanse --> Dern --> Fruma.

 

If that is the case then my speculation would be that Fruma was the one who open dern and nether portal. To make Wynn and Gavel frail and our purpose might be to infiltrate and keep the portals in check. But that is just my opinion.

Hmm.. dern first, then after dern has been completed we go to the portal of the corrupt/nether.
Then I see fruma opening their gates again. As they closed the gate fearing the corrupt and everything...

and what about Bloomi? I dunno

no to be quite honest i dont know yet, first 1.20, then think ahead about dern/fruma/bloomi/corrupt

 

Easy solution: The player reaches the end of the road to Dern and discovers a portal that doesnt work. At the same time or shortly after the fruman empire attacks Corkus and the player gets called to assist the Corkus Generals. A battle (maybe with ships and cannons?) takes place and the player gets on a mission to kill the fruman Queen (or to spy and then he kills her?). After that the player helps Fruma to rebuild the destroyed nation that has been abused by the Government/Queen and in one quest the old library in the fruma castle gets discovered. An anchient scroll reveals how to open the portal to Dern and the mission starts.

bloomi was definitely not a joke and it will be added in the future.

 

I do know that.

 

I don't see why only one area can be endgame, and infact you could argue that there already is atleast 2 endgame areas in sky islands and silent expanse.

 

Quick question: What is Bloomi?
