Can't Claim Monthly Crate

Hey, so i can't claim my monthly crate, i claimed my first one in september, it is now november, when i click it it just refreshes the page...
what should i do?

 

That just means that your monthly crate isnt ready yet.
You need to wait some more... maybe the 30 days since you opened it last time are not over yet or it is a bug and takes longer.
The same thing happens to me sometimes ... dont worry... just try again in a week or so

 

The countdown starts once you open the crate. I think at least, I claimed one a month ago and opened it yesterday, I tried to claim another one today (not to be greedy, just to check my theory) and it did exactly what you described happened to you.
