Moving Minecraft Accounts

Hey hello, I think I saw something about this topic once but couldn't find it again now, so I am terribly sorry for creating a new thread about this. I am planning on moving to another minecraft account since the one i possess right now (Astr0ncore) is technically an abandoned account of a friend of mine and neither him nor I know the passwords anymore. Is it possible for my progress on Astr0ncore to be transferred over to a new account and if so, where can I do that? I would really appreciate if I don't have to start over since my mage alone already cost me around 500 hours or so of playtime and grinding.. :'D

Unfortunately, I do not believe that they would allow data transfers between accounts so I wouldn’t get your hopes up, but I am not 100% sure about it, so I would wait till someone who knows this stuff better responds!

 

I’ve seen many posts about this in the past. Unfortunately you cannot transfer data between minecraft accounts.

 

While you cannot transfer levels or completed quests over, you can transfer any items you have right now. In addition, you could try recovering the password for the account you're current using.

I will try recovering the passwords soon but I don't have high hopes for that.. :S
If that doesn't work out I guess I will keep on playing on the server with this account until my old PC stops working for good :'D
