So there is a few more things I need clarified
Is Outrage a Quest item and what is the quest boss if so
What rarity is Outrage?
Otherwise I'm ready to start

Time Rift:
A Paradoxical piece of equipment that was destroyed in the far past
It causes glitches to appear in the Space-Time Continuem
speeding up or slowing down and sometimes even repeating you and your movements
It is said that if you stand still to long a shadow from your past will appear
I felt like this was too good a story to pass up in favor of a quote

Downfall
In their fear the Corrupted created this ring as a trap for Bob
and when he picked it up it tried to corrupt his soul
But Bobs light was too strong for it to put out
and he purified this ring at the cost of his life
I don't know if this will be allowed because it partly explains Bobs end

 

Downfall is not a new item.
I've already linked it, durser also linked it.
It's existed in the game for many years.

Outrage is a normal droppable item, a legendary as noted.

Does Outrage have mana steal, or is it just life steal?

 

Outrage lore:

Wrath.

It is the tendency for one to be consumed in fury, destroying all in their path including themselves.

When one dons this helmet, they bind themselves to this same path of strife, fated to meet their end.

 

Downfall: "An ancient ring recovered from Courag during the wars against the Doguns, it represents the state the Doguns have become after many centuries of war, suppression, and murder, having then fled to the Molten Heights were some still hold enormous resentment towards the dwarves."

Inspiration for this:
Fire and Earth: Reminds me of the Molten Heights and the rage the Doguns felt when they were massacred.
Walk speed: Represents the Doguns running from the dwarves.
Main Attack Dmg and Str: Represents that there is still resistance the dwarves are having against the Doguns many centuries later.
-Health and Elemental Def: Could represent the weakened state the Doguns are in during the Dwarves and Doguns quest line.

Is there a way to see other peoples lores after you made your submission?

 

Very likely not. Just make a submission and hope for the best that it is good enough for at least an honorable mention.
