    you just gotta ride it for hours and hours.

    i mean technically there is a way but that's illegal and i dont know if it still works

    I just rode mine along a route again and again between Ragni and Almuj until it was about lvl 25. its just a safe place to do it

    I just rode mine around when I was going to areas I needed to go for quests and dungeons and it was fully levelled pretty quickly.
