Weird Characters Besides Quests And Locations

Hi i am playing on Minecrft 1.16.3 and sometimes there is squares besides quests and towns How can i fix this what is this and how can i fix this and continue playing on 1.16? i know its a missing character the image is below

 

Try to use 1.12.2 it's the most optimised version for Wynncraft. I don't have that but have already completed the quest and am unable to check.

 

it happens with locations too like Elkurn i just want to know what character it is so i can fix it it should be like this

 

There's no character there it's likely just a glitch from 1.16.

 

1.16 is pretty unstable and I'd definitely recommend not using it if at all possible.

 

This should be fixed in the next update in theory. For now though, you're stuck with these symbols :(

 

Do you by any chance have 'Force Unicode Font' on in your language settings? If so, try disabling that.
