Shaman/Skyseer Made A Nice Wfa Shaman, Critique!

Literally had to solo the eye the first time I did EO with it and I managed lol. Figure out some better pieces if you want!
Things that mattered when I made the build.
-pretty lackluster dmg is fine.
-mana regen and intel obv.
-this was about as glassy as I wanted it.

From what I can tell it's sub-optimal, but that may just be to fit your preferences.

Items to consider:
Stillwater blue (Or Hetusol)
Ophiucus instead of Eden-Blessed (Then contrast to cancel out sizzling Shawl's -hpr)
Intensity if you choose to replace eden-blessed
Dragon Eye bracelet
Diamond Hydro items (Namely the bracelet and the necklace)
Water sanc...

(Ornate shadow is also an acceptable replacement for ophi to balance ele defs and such. Also, Dragon's eye if you don't have Dhydro, but Dhydro really completes this build)

https://wynndata.tk/s/4mqrhu another variation (if we're on the virtuoso roll already), -hpr on water shaman doesn't matter at all unless you're only playing outside of your totem for some reason, since you'd be getting around 750-900 heals usually, which completely outweighs the -hpr.
