Cancel-stack doesn't have quite the same highs as before, but it also requires actual thought to put together now, which I think is nice.

 

Could you explain what cancel-stack is?

Take super fast weapon (preferably with positive attack speed ID’s) then put heavy melee items on (ones with negative attack speed), but cancel them out with positive attack speed ID’s to keep the weapon at super fast attack speed

Thus you’ll get the benefit of heavy melee raw melee damage, but still be at super fast attack speed for high damage.

EDIT:
There are some exceptions to starting with a super fast weapon, such as using Overdrive or Skien's Madness

 

Or just using a Slow or less attack speed and adding tiers onto it
