This is the best I could come up for you without any crafted items. Someone could potentially do better but if you can get those crafted items, I would as it would help you in the long run.

I think a spell spam build with singularity would be better as it already comes with large amounts of spell damage and you don't need to worry about trying to up the attack speed 6 tiers.

As for the actual build request, I don't foresee you getting near as good of a tierstack build without the crafted items.
That being said, here's an offensive spell spam Singularity build
(Morph stardust is an acceptable replacement helmet for more damage till the item push comes)
