Which Mythic Spear Should I Shoot For First?

Hey, I've been slowly accumulating wealth and stuff, and I have been really tinkering with the idea of what mythic spear I should get first. I've seen many builds with each type of mythic spear, but I'm kinda creating this thread to ask y'all how each spear feels when using it. Like what's your advice on which spear I should shoot for first

(My build preferences: I'm allergic to health potions, more interested in sustainability than damage. Spell warrior)

If I were to make a guess, Apocalypse or Guardian. Apocalypse has a really good life steal while Guardian gives tons of health but lots of health regen as well. Preferably, I'd do Guardian if you're trying to be sustainable as you don't have to rely upon hitting mobs and there are no negatives to it unlike Apocalypse.

 

That reminds me actually, I'm talking about spell warrior, not heavy melee
(I'll add that to my original post. Cuz, if I wanted a heavy melee, I'd just use heavy praesidium and practically afk at the boss, lol)

 

heard of someone who made a guardian spell build with like 20k health and all positive ele def, but not so high spell dmg though

 

Well, I'd recommend either Collapse or Idol. If you care about your elemental defenses somewhat, then go for Idol. If you want relatively good crowd control with good damage and mana steal, Collapse isn't too bad for the job, especially when paired with the morph set but I recon there are better Collapse spell builds out there than just morph. To me, it's really a toss up as far as what I'd go for. I'm using Collapse atm and it is really good but I can see the large amount of spell damage from Idol working really well for spell warriors.
