Mage/Dark Wizard Help Fix My Lament Build

This is a build that I more or less threw together a while back, and I'm still using it. Does anyone know how I would optimize it? I have access to hive/li items, but mythic boots are out of the option as far as I can see.

I mean, kinda depends...How attached are you to your health regen and time rift
Do you want the build to be optimized for more tankiness, or for more damage?

Like, what do you want to keep about this build? (And how good is the mana steal on your lament, like is a spellsteal build ok? Would you rather have mana regen?)

 

A combo which would help me solo the eye in a more timely fashion would be nice I guess, as it took like 20 minutes last time. So I'd think that a build with better damage would be better, although I do like the EWF combo. Spellsteal is fine, as long as it has really good intel.

 

Well, I wouldn’t use a water weapon against the eye since it has high water ele defs, but I’ll tinker with this build and get back to you if I make something.

(for reference, my spell warrior with bad damage can solo the Eye in 16 minutes. I’d recommend using a different weapon for the eye)
