Archer/Hunter Help Nighthawk Build With High Hpr?

I'm currently lvl 92 and using this build. I find the combination of the Hawkeye Major ID and high health regen really comfortable, so now I'm looking for something similar, but stronger of course.

 

Is this just my problem, or is wynndata broken? Any wynndata builder link I try never loads. The rest of wynndata is fine.

I legit have no idea how good this is. It's my first attempt at an archer build, but it fits reqs.
(also, its prolly prudent to put 129 into intel for 2 mana bombs)
(Also also, deadeye is usually better with thunder powders due to it giving high dex sp)

EDIT: Vacuum is also a really good chestplate for this build, but unless you have a really good roll Ornate will prolly get about the same, or even more damage. You could use it for better mana sustain though

 

Do pay attention to skillpoint cap! (Something I had to learn the hard way).
In order to reach 129 intel, you need to have at least 29 extra intelligence points from your gear. In the build above you only have 27, and so reaching 129 is impossible as you can only assign 100 SkillPoints to each skill.

As for the build itself - overall great (it's not the meta way but it hardly matters), to fix the intel issue and also add some more Mana for some more spammability I would go moon pool circlet + detective ring, instead of double yang.
