Kabin's Management Challenge (permaquip)

Goal of the challenge: Beat either LI or EO, whichever is easier for you.


This challenge mostly focuses on making clever combinations, and knowing when to make a move or just wait it out.


Rules: Once you equip an item you can't change it, you're stuck with it forever.

You are only able to replace your weapon 4 times, meaning after you get your starter crafted weapon, you can replace your weapons 4 times.

You can replace your equipped helmet with quest helmets freely at will, however you can't replace a non-quest helmet with another non-quest helmet.

You can trade with other players and use the trade market, have them help you only when it's necessary such as opening bob's tomb or completing ???, but can't help you in any other way.

Morph and mythic weapons aren't allowed, other sets and mythic boots are fine.

No resetting skill points. Once you allocate it, it's there forever.

Don't cheat by "losing" an item by dying over and over again and replacing it. If you lose an equipped item you can't progress the challenge without getting it back.


My goal was to make a challenge with difficulty through strategy, not through fear of random deaths and losing all your stuff due to lag, or forcing you to grind your brains out for hours on end. If you aren't able to beat LI or EO or just get stuck at a certain level, you can post that level here.

By the way, kabinfarschirne, wynncraftthings4 and I are the same person, its just that I move a lot so I have lots of accounts.

I think that this challenge is really uncanny/unusual because it's what happens when you mix strategy and skill (wynncraft is mostly a skill-based game), most things in wynncraft require good items, skill or a lot of grinding to be successful. Usually when you hear "strategy-based RPG" you never think of Wynncraft. So I tried to change up the game a little bit.

 

@Linnyflower tbh this sounds like an easier version of IC no crafting

 

consumables will make this easier than it sounds probably

I think the lowest level gear you could beat the game with is probably ~70, so I have no clue how anyone is going to make it all the way to that level without any gear. I'm looking forward to see how everyone overcomes it lol

 

I really like this one because it actually requires planning and foresight in addition to mechanical ability.

That said, it may be virtually impossible, purely due to the ability of mobs to oneshot you before you get any gear high enough level to use.

 

Archer is probably the best class for this due to how Deadeye can carry you through a big part of the game

 

So if I had a helmet I didn't like anymore, could I just change it with a quest helmet then change it for a better one again?

 

Once you equip a non-quest helmet you can replace it with quest helmets but never equip another non-quest helmet

 

my another account got banned because of that

 

Somehow i can kill a UC key guardian with a lvl 5 weapon (mage) at lvl 14 with lvl 8 gear meaning his charge 2 shots me so wonder how i can take this challenge.

I've just got one question as to how this would work. Are you allowed to obtain the items you use on other classes? For example, 6x therck's chain crafted weapon at lvl 1, or eldritch outlook armor without beating eldritch outlook on the character you're doing the challenge on.
