What Is The Forest Guardian Talking About?

Towards the end of Finding the light, you return to the forest guardian. He says he has been learning about the past 1000 years while you were gone. He mentions the gerts, doguns and then talks about 2 towers.

Now, I don't know about you but I don't remember there being a story about 2 towers at any point in the game. I mean, there is that tower with the secret discovery near the tower of amnesia that could match up with it but I don't think he would talk about Wynn and that would be oddly specific. The only thing I could think he was talking about was a certain real event that happened towards the start of the new millennium (trying my hardest not to offend or upset anybody here) but why would he talk about the real world? Maybe I'm just an idiot and I'm forgetting something. Please let me know what he's talking about.

 

The two towers are located in northern Cinfras county. There was supposed to be a quest for them, the reward was in the API for a while, but it got scrapped. There's another NPC somewhere that also mentions them.

 

Thanks. I want a quest on them now because they must be significant if the guardian talks about them.
