Buying On The Trade Market

When I go on the trade market and search an item and get the results, the only one is a trade option (the white paper) so I click on that, and it says there are 13.9 days remaining. Does that mean I must wait 13.9 days until I get my purchase or what?

 

If someone doesn't sell it un-ided at the exact price you offered within those 13 days, then you'll get the money back
