This one doesn't work just yet since demon tide's spell costs % are broken, should be fixed next patch

 

how do i get the intel needed for this build because it caps at 64 intel

 

It doesn't cap at 64, it's just that minecraft can only have 64 of an item hence the maximum number that shows under the book is 64. To figure out how much intel you actually have hover over the book, and a bunch of info will pop up. On the left side will be your number of intelligence you currently have. You will notice that if you keep clicking this number will go up even if the number under the book won't.

its quite under levelled, you might want more mana as well
you can use papyrus, sodeta boots, mana rings to improve
also its exam time for me so ill be less active even though i haven't been too active anyways

Looking for a level 80 archer build that can take me up to level 90, preferably cheap (I do have some LE i can spend), and also if one of the items is untradeable, i prefer if the item isn't too difficult to get, if that is asking for too much you can do however you feel is best.

Format:

level: 80
playstyle: Doesn't really matter, I usually prefer spell
preferences: Nothing
restrictions: no mythics and items that are obtainable for a noob to get
class: archer
