The build.

Spoiler: How to put pictures in a spoiler

1. Make a partial screenshot (for windows you need to press shift+windows sign + s. For other operating systems, google it. Then hold left-click and drag with the mouse over what you want to screenshot.

2. Paste the partial screenshoot inside the spoiler using ctrl+V to paste it.

 

Personally, I’d replace soarfae with Windshear, Vacuum, or Powder Snow because your mana regen is a bit low (vacuum is probably the best choice), but otherwise, good build
