Where Did You Guys First Hear About Wynncraft And When?

Ok, this is just me being curious but where and when(year) did you guys first hear about Wynncraft? For me, I heard about it through family in 2018.

I found wynncraft through LittleLizardGaming in like 2015. They only made like 5 videos on it tho.

I joined first time thanks to my friend in May 2017, but I started playing regularly about year and a half ago.

My friend introduced me to it back in April 2014, I've been playing ever since.

 

I was browsing Youtube in 3rd grade when a Wynncraft video popped from a Youtuber called Iceuebird. When I saw it, my first immediate question was "IS THERE MORE?!". You can easily deduce from this that I fell fell in love with the server.

My bro showed me the video of a YTer who made a Wynn vid back in 2013, shortly after the servers release. The YTer had a few dozen thousand subscribers. My family played Wynn for short amounts my twin sis and I were the only ones to get hooked on it. I logged on on the 23rd of July 2013, 2 weeks after my 9th birthday, and I'm 16 now, so I've been on Wynn for a long while.

 

No mentions of craftedmovie? am I that old?

 

my friend from elementary school told me about this minecraft mmo rpg server, I had no idea what that even meant at the time but we went home and started playing, that was in april 2014
I also watched logdotzip and truemu play wynn at around the same time

I think it was CraftedMovie that brought me in after the Ocean update. I do also remember watching InTheLittleWood too and I watched a lot of Yogscast back then so it’s possible that I might have heard it from him instead.

 

Saw my brother playing it and thought "Yo that server looks cool give me the IP" in august 2013
Man, I remember when quests weren't even a thing, it was just grinding and dungeons
And now here I am

 

My cousin showed it to me in 2013 and I was hooked the second I saw it. I assume that he found it from the craftedmovie trailer, but either way, I was pretty lucky that he'd found it.

 

Originally it was probably grian, but I wasn't terribly interested. The server wasn't very developed compared to how it is now (I joined in pre gavel times). I was brought back by the the official trailer shown in an evo episode by grian.
