This build uses only unique and set items, and one legendary that you don't even have to buy! It's from a dungeon.

    Very cool build!
    79% stealing is kinda crazy

(This is also kinda funny to me cuz I sold a bandit locket for 2 Le a while back, lol)

(If you're looking for a critique, damage is quite low compared to meta standards, don't know how Exploited dps usually is though)

Thank you! There's a lot of spare skill points in this build, so if you want more damage you can invest into strength/dexterity. However I think this damage is average for The Exploited (7.7k melee dps and 8k average multihits without vanish) Plus i put tier 5 and 4 powders because this is a budget build.

    Ok so uh
Ironically this might actually be more expensive than a build with legendaries and rares, simply because of how few uniques there tend to be on the market
Also, you don’t need that much stealing; both greed and stealing have cooldowns, and since you can leave emeralds on the floor to pick up later, you’ll probably never run into a situation where that much stealing is useful
If you want a really cheap and decent enough build, this one is made up entirely of quest, dungeon, and boss altar items: https://wynndata.tk/s/a1qjxn

This is definitely not the avarage damage for the exploited. The exploited is a level 100 dagger, and if you're not using the broken Shaggy + Darkion cancelstack which gets 27k dps with insane defenses and HP, you're moist likely using an exploited build which does around 15k melee dps. extra stealing is indeed nice, but due to testing done recently it is showed that having 79% isn't much more effective than having 25% stealing with super fast attack speeds.

I love tanky, do you have an example build for this?

You must've seen shit like this as this is one of the reasons shaggy gets nerfed, but I'll repost I suppose https://wynndata.tk/s/shliqx

I like the approach but I've been using stealing/greed on assassin for a bit now and you don't really need a lot of stealing. A single multihit with 30% stealing has above a 98% chance to activate stealing. 79% is unnecessary because even with lower amounts it'll activate realllly easy. I have 17% stealing in my build and I've never had a problem activating it (it activates 87% of the time). Maybe sub out the bandit gear with gear that has a more pronounced effect on the build as a whole. It's just that with how fast this can hit through both multihit and melee attacks a lot of the stealing isn't necessary and you could use some of the slots that are dedicated to stealing gear for gear with say, mana regen, skill points or damage buffs. Without the bandit accessories and if you have base IDs for stealing on all your gear except the Exploited (which is a static value) one multihit will activate stealing 99.6% of the time. There's a cooldown between activations of stealing, hence why it's only important to activate once per multihit. It can't activate multiple times in a short time period, although greed is still epic to have.

EDIT: Stealing would also activate pretty easily in melee at super fast attack

cool in concept, but greed has a cooldown, and 79% is honestly pretty excessive

investing extra sp in dex/str is generally a pretty poor idea, as it scales badly and barely increases damage

cool quad sf hybrid concept, but mana costs end up being too high, mana sustain too low, and spell damage and melee damage wind up being pretty low to compared to meta

also, as others have said, many uniques (especially high-value ones like azurite) are more expensive than legendaries, because of market state
