Town Showed On "news From The Content Team" 1.20

Today CT showed us some cool town rework.

As they said, it's hard to recognize it. What do you think it is?
For now, we can only say that it is located on the Wynn Plains because there is oak tree with red fruit (idk what is it) and it's architecture is similar to Detlas's.

This is all we can say for now, it might even be totally new town.
Tell me what you think about this.

 

Elkurn? I don't think it's Bucie. Elkurn would make sense as there is a river and large walls to protect against the Roots of Corruption.

 

Yea, Elkurn is only small town with existing river on wynn plains, but I don't see tower of amniesia. Maybe it's totally new river?

 

Perhaps, but the tower can also just simply be outside the bounds of the screenshot, or they might have reworked the layout of the entire Elkurn area.

Oh and also, just a small addition, there are fishing nets there, which might be owned by CAID

 

I know this sounds weird but... maybe it's Maltic. It is one of the most underrated towns in the game, it would also fit in with the Oak trees, Wheat farm we can see (I don't think Elkurn really cares about wheat, it's a mushroom town) and fishing nets.

Edit: And on the map of the current Maltic we can see a preety large lake that even has a small dock going out on it. Wouldn't be suprised if it got connected to the ocean (become the river that we see on the new picture). And on the first picture next to the bridge a house that doesn't fit with Elkurn. Most roofs in Elkurn are either colorful or are a pyramid shape (such as the towers), while this one is bland and completely fits in with the house.

 

i think it is bucie.
llevigar plains vibe, and bucie is already located quite close to the river.

also, previous news leaked midgame content, and that applies more to towns like bucie than detlas/elkurn/maltic. (not to mention that maltic change was leaked in previous news, though widely disliked, elkurn got an update recently, and detlas was overhauled too)

My secrets have been uncovered.

 

I think it's Elkurn based off the part of a bridge you can see on the very left of the first image

You can see how it's in the same style of the bridges near Elkurn in the following images that I just took a minute ago

The similarities lead me to think it's in this area and is probably Elkurn

EDIT: Just checked and I couldn't find any building like that in or near Bucie, which is another suspect

It's definitely not Maltic. They've already shown the updated Maltic- this is not it.

It could be a part of Elkurns overhaul, it's already gotten a ton last update but it makes sense that more would be added on top of that. It also works with what we've been shown so far:


And the size of the river plus the terrain makes me think it has a pretty high chance of being


Still, it totally possible to be somewhere near Cinfras or Efilim, or, what I'm really hoping for, a Bucie overhaul. Poor Bucie..

I don't think it's Gavel because scenery and architecture is too similar to wynn.

Bucie and entire Gavel should be reworked. Gavel feels very empty and needs more content like secrets and stuff.

Process of elimination:

It's in the plains (rules out Ocean towns, Nemract, Bremminglar, Almuj, Rymek, Troms, Iboju, Nesaak, Lusuco, Olux, Gelibord, Lexdale, Efilim, Aldorei, Thanos, Eltom, Thesead, Rodoroc, Maex, Kandon-beda, Ahsmord and Lutho)
It's not a major city (rules out Ragni, Detlas, Llevigar, Corkus and Cinfras)
It can't be Relos because the architecture is entirely different
It can't be Ternaves or Corrupted Village because they're up against mountains and a river going near them makes no sense
It can't be Maltic as it's surrounded by hills and was already showcased in July

This leaves us with Elkurn and Bucie (I think). Elkurn has been redone in 1.17 or 1.18 and I don't see why they would redo it again, while Bucie hasn't been redone since 1.14. However, Bucie would also need terraforming to look like what we see in the picture.
Elkurn is also popular for its mushrooms and I don't see a single one, while I do see what looks like a stable which is a Bucie thing. But then why would Bucie need a fortified bridge like this?

My final verdict is Elkurn though. At first glance I also though Elkurn, and it seems unlikely to me that the devs would add a river system to Bucie. So unless this is some tiny unnamed village that got expanded upon, Elkurn is the only town that fits the bill.

i hope its bucie, and a way to directly buy like t2+ horses cuz rng gay
maybe do sth like 2 stx for white horse, 16 le for chest, idk for black
or add another way to lv up ur horse faster
