The Last Air Powder

Long ago, the four provinces lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Corruption attacked. Only the Powder Master, master of all five elements, could stop them, but when the world needed him most, he vanished. A hundred years passed and my ALT and I discovered the new Powder Master, an air powder user named Frank. And although his air powder skills are great, he has a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone. But I believe Frank can save the world.

 

I'm not sure if I should like this or rule 2 it.

I could see Earth going both ways; rock is solid and hard so you can either use it as cover or shelter or as a projectile or weapon. But Fire though? Fire is inherently a chemical reaction; so it has to eat up something in order to exist and thus no situation that it protects something.

 

Not even Frank could have the balls to do that...

 

I mean fire can mean rebirth or something, like a pheonixs flame or flame in the thematic form of courage would probably make more sense. Like the more courage you have, the more punishment you are willing to take I guess?

 

But the Phoenix’s old body is destroyed in the process though. And when I think of courageousness, especially in terms of a warrior, I picture a warrior attacking and giving everything they got, not hunkering down and defending.

Plus something that defends is static, unnerving, and firm like a shield or a wall. Fire is the opposite; it’s chaotic, spontaneous, and constantly moving and spreading to consume more.

 

Well the flames of determination, taking punishment to keep on what needs to be done or something.

Also the phoenix idea is half baked and also also sometimes ideas take parts of an idea as inspiration as like an idea may take the part of regeneration and healing, while ignoring the old body dying to become anew though fire being defense is prob not inspired off of a phoenix

 

Gotcha. Even Salted said though that healing and regeneration is associated with water. Hence why mage’s healing spell has a water modifier.

Yeah, it would make more sense for Earth to be defense because healing and defending go hand in hand like in tank builds and stuff, and Earth and water can mix unlike water and fire.
