After almost a day of trying to perfect this, I have created one of the best builds I've made so far

    https://wynndata.tk/s/9547om
NOTE: This uses the post-buff version of spring, however, the current version of spring still works

    Some of its features include:
    - 18215 health (don't know how to factor in 150 defense)
    - 45/-125/142/160/5 Skill Points (In this order: str/dex/int/def/agi)
    - 48k Average 1 Mana Storms
    - 20k Average 1 Mana Bombs
    - 7/4 Mana Regen
    - 8/4 Mana Steal
    - Super Slow Melee Attack Speed (highest mana steal proc chance)
    - 250 Durability on all Crafteds

The only flaws I am able to identify are as follows:
    - Bad Health Regen
    - Terrible Elemental Defense (-10/-146/0/0/0)
    - Insanely Expensive to obtain
    - No leftover Skill Points

I could use yang instead of gold hydro but yang only increases my average storms by 700 and imo I think its better to keep that +1/4 mr (which might not really even make a difference since its all 1 mana but why not lol)

Some general tips on how to use this build:
    RLRRLRRLRRLRRLLRLRRLRRLRRLRRLLRLRRLRRLRRLRRLLRLRRLRRLRRLRRLL arrow go brrrr

Feel free to criticize or improve the build. I will be watching this thread and responding to any questions about it. Thank you for your attention, and have a great day :)

Edit: If you're feeling really lucky, you could replace hellish cinders with enhanced potential microchips on all crafteds to get more spell damage. However, enhanced potential microchips have a lower average spell damage than hellish cinders despite having a higher maximum spell damage and cost more durability

From what I saw with my monster build, defense (skill point) effects negative elemental defense. I'm not 100% sure, since I haven't really tested it, only noticed that I didn't take as much damage as I expected to. But if it does, that -350 elemental defense is only about -68 elemental defense. Which is a great thing for this build.

in order to further negate this downside you can powder the crafted armor with one thunder powder each. Still keeping the concentration bonus but changing the elemental defenses to (-10/-146/0/0/0) instead of (20/-350/0/0/0).

It feels like the accessories can be changed around, since the prowess effectively only gives 15 skill points and you use a gold hydro necklace. But I can't really find anything objectively better. I do think that https://wynndata.tk/s/3z9dqn would be a bit better, though. It loses the 1 mana storms, but has >50K storms and 17/4 mana. Since arrow storm takes a while to fully complete, there's no real point in casting arrow storm often enough to run out of mana. You'd also need a pretty insane CPS to be able to do that AND trigger mana steal whenever available.

    EDIT also:
that's really underselling it. With 80.8% reduction that's closer to 94870 effective health (ehp). Not even taking agility into account.

You're right, it is better to use thunder powder to negate the defense, thanks for that idea, updating the original post

ahh, yes. My original version of the build was quite similar to yours https://wynndata.tk/s/hpnew8

I think both of our versions are pretty much the same, but personally, I would use my build because I could cast arrow storm like 1 more time in my spell cycle before I bomb. I also personally think it's better to have medium mr and medium ms (in my build) over low mr and high ms (in your build) because it allows you to use more spells in a spell cycle and you have to melee less often.

    Thanks for the reply ;)

Hey, I made a noncrafted version of this just for you :D, or at least I tried to
    https://wynndata.tk/s/g174xv

I took a new approach using suppression for that sweet mr.
The build is wayyy more glassy now but it can probably be very easily improved

Whoops, didn't mean to do that. Editing original post

Hol up I somehow do more damage with the accidental thunder power... uhhhhhhh I don't think that's supposed to happen

Edit: I think it's because arrow storm does 25% thunder damage, so that's pretty interesting. Maybe I should keep the thunder power?

Edit #2: Using the thunder powder only does more damage if the spring has max or near max -thunder damage, which I probably won't get, so I think its better to use the water
