Question About Obtaining Armour

So I was working on a new profile where I saw a dude wearing an iron armour peice
I was doing a low level quest then, So it is impossible that a lvl 80+ dude was doing a lvl 5 quest..
Where can I get iron armour from?

i have tons of quests on lots of classes that i haven't done, maybe they were just finishing up their quest book.

 

Different types of armor typically correspond to the [combat] level, other than leather, which is usually around level 1-20, but there are some higher level sets that are leather.
Iron armor is around 60-80-ish level range

 

So, I asked someone about the iron armour. They said this:
"It's not iron armour, Its leather"
Possibly a textures glitch?

Certain crafted armor looks like iron armor at the level 1-20 range. I don’t know the cause but, yes, it’s just a texture glitch

 

if it was sewers of ragni it might just be somebody who hasn't logged in in ages and wants to do all the new dungeon unlock quests
im sure people were confused when they saw me in iron armor doing those quests a few months ago
