Rank Waiting For 3 Days Now

i bought my hero rank: 23rd july 2020 17:49

said to wait 10 min, but this thread is maked on 20:17.

please someone help me.
i will be very thankfull :D

 

many people have been having large delays in their shop purchases, I'm not sure what's up with it

 

i will try again tomorrow then..

hmm i dont know either.
shame really want to start playing.
i thougd 10 min, but its more like 3 - * hours :(

really bad, i still didn't get my rank ingame...
and noone helped me so far with a kind of message.
so i hope someone will help me quickly, otherwise i liked to get my money back.

You could contact support via the support email. I believe it's [email protected], or at least it was a year ago.

The email is checked every week, so if you don't get a response after 7 days of sending the message, something might be wrong

I still recommend asking support though, it’s the easiest option

In my opinion, just go ahead and play, ranks are mostly quality of life anyways and to support Wynncraft
The game’s not worth playing if you’re playing it purely for vip benefits in my opinion

 

Well you don't need a HERO rank to start playing

And I don't know what day the email is checked, it might be tomorrow, so a week is just the maxium

 

You might aswell check out the discord support. Maybe a moderator can contact an admin for you if you're lucky. + more people will respond to you.

Becareful though. I don't know the chargeback policy here, but on some servers you get banned for doing so.
Try to get in touch with a moderator, that's what they're for anyway ^^

Hey, Dj Bijsterbosch! Sorry for the wait, but please be patient and wait for support to get back to you. A lot of support emails come in for multiple different reasons and the admins who check them are very busy, so it can take a bit for a response. In the mean time can you make sure that your email to support has proof of purchase, and your minecraft username attached to it. If they aren't included it can create problems and take even longer for you to get the response you want.

 

I just recently bought Hero Rank didn't receive it. I was wondering if you got yours yet?
