Texture Pack Not Loading In

when I log onto the server it ask me to download it I git yes, then 1 minute later i says that I have to enable resource packs. witch it is, I have checked the .minecraft folder and the resource pack is not there.
how do I fix the problem? if you have any ideas that might help, that would be greatly appreciated.

 

If the textures load just fine but the game tells you that message, there is an option in game to turn it off
I think it was /toggle rp?

 

You can try adding it to your servers list again; I've noticed sometimes updating resource pack permissions after adding the server doesn't work right.
