Shaman/Skyseer Help Qira Duo Build (archer And Shaman Duo)

Me (a shaman) and my friend (an archer)
Are getting ready to do qira soon and need builds.

For the shaman build I need a spell spam build (preferably with time rift, but if it’s not tanky enough with time rift I’m totally good with another chest plate). It needs to be tanky, like for qira on other characters I used rainbow tank heavy melee, so I really like tanky builds, but it must have non-trivial damage. I could use that heavy melee build, but I think it’ll be more fun with spell spam.
(Here’s the build I used on my mage, I used undying with warrior. If I needed it I switched to greaves of veneer for bosses too)
Gear must be no higher leveled than 96, preferably 95

archer build has same restrictions. I don’t think he cares as much about being tanky, so feel free to make his build more of a damage build.
