    Herb cave is definitely a bit too high level for lvl 45s, especially if they're going solo.

    Usually, I use the snow wolf cave in Nessak until lvl 50-ish, and then the rotten zombie cave with the T3 chest til 55-60 and then herb cave.

    Also spots like Glow Bulb Cave practically require a party to use, since the mobs are so strong.
