Hi guys! My name is Asher!
My IGN is Ashendus and I've been on WynnCraft for a month now.
I played way back in 2013 when the server first popped into existence with my brothers, but now that I'm an adult and out of high school I'm back at it again!
I even bought a rank solely because this server seems like a LOT of work went into it!
I've got so many ideas for this server and hopefully someone will listen to them.
*cough* dual wield class *cough*

A small warning about the class idea: People mostly don't like them, so try to go into the details as much as possible.

 

I plan on coding an entire class myself, creating abilities, and a small dungeon to showcase the idea in a YouTube video that I will hopefully post.
The only issue for me is actually finding the motivation to do that.

Can I ask why people don't really like new class ideas?

 

They usually:
a) Lack detail (e.g. "Necromancer would be fine")
b) Are: "Necromancer", "Houndmaster"
c) Used to be suggested as often as housing (really, really often), and the hate hasn't disappeared yet
d) Propably won't be implemented (devs need to work on more important stuff)
d1) Too complicated
e) Don't fit
1) The estabilished class system (e.g. melee only class, forcing one playstyle)
2) Lore
3) Feel of Wynncraft (that aren't covered by the above but just don't feel like it would fit)
f) Are ridiculous

But you are still welcome to try (at least from me). It is good for getting feedback and learning how to do good suggestions.

I'm currently coding it all (with my brother) in a basic server and we got one of the spells working already!
I hope people like it, but I'd 100% want criticism as well.
