Why Do People Have Multiple Classes Or Characters

Hello I’m a new to wynncraft and also the mmorpg genre but could someone explain why people have multiple characters and what’s the benefit if there is one

 

Being able to play on another class and/or do challenge runs

 

It allows you so get all the rewards multiple times, which is nice, and it also allows you to replay the game or to try out new content at the level it was meant for (or to try reworked quests).

 

So for a new player like me it’s kinda useless

 

For now. It's mainly for the sake of replayability, but some people like leveling several classes at once; one solo and one with friends, or an archer and warrior to try to experience it though several lenses or something like that.

 

Also allows for you to use multiple different item builds for different classes

 

There are items called mythics (the highest tier of item). If you stick with wynn you'll eventually get your hands on one, and if it's a weapon you'll want to have the class to use the mythic. You also get money for each run you do from quests, which you can use to buy better equipment.

 

So can you use items and stuff from main account to get items and coins to fuel the main account

 

Some people do it so they can absolutely trash the class(es) they hate, and can say they have done a play through of the class, and that actually is a pretty good argument. Personally I can trash 4/5 of the classes. Also the experience changes, because different classed can cheese things, suffer in early/mid/late or just because you can. Another reason is because sometimes when you're in a guild or party you can bring any class for events/dungeons/boss fights, like a mage for healing.

 

If you have a lot of classes spread across the map you can just /class and instantly get to that place

 

Mainly for the fun, coz hey it's a pretty new experience playing on another class
