    Theorick because he is being an actual villain.
    In the quest "Fate of The Fallen",
    he entered the portal and came back saying he got corrupted and created Ice Barrows, but...

    HOW COULD HE LOST A BATTLE IF HE DID NOT TAKE ANY DAMAGE AT ALL?

    My theory (a.k.a shitpost)
    He pretended to be corrupted,
    so he could have a reason to freeze Nessak and make all Nessak citizens suffer from him.
    It was a drama created by Theorick himself and the Nessak citizens were right.
    We are the one who actually get fooled all the time!

    Explains a lot of plot, helps you with a dungeon, owns a house that you get to go in (world building) can do electromagic, has a boss fight, lives in my favorite province, and I STILL can’t tell what gender they are.
