Contacting A Mod Over Unjustified Ban

A friend of mine was recently banned for jumping on a candle, which the anti-cheat system decided was him using a hack. What is the best way for him to get in contact to have the ban be repealed?

Have him submit a ban appeal under the ban appeal section of the forums which is found here

However, no given time is ever given on the ban:



Instead it simply says "Contact" @Basteyal. Could you clarify on what the next step is? I am personally not used to using forums, so navigating here is a bit of a new experience.
