Fast attack speeds or slow attack speeds are very hard to mimic with crafted items because your only option is +/- attack speed tier.
So are you trying to get this for a spell build, in which case we can disregard the super fast attack speed and just go for damage, or are you doing some sort of hybrid with the mana regen and the fast attack speed?
Your request is incredibly unclear - do you want +fire damage, how much durability, etc.
Also please note that it is impossible to replicate absolution completely because of the spell cost, water damage, tons of health, lots of mana regen and super fast attack speed all at once - there just aren't enough ingredient spaces.

EDIT: also bumping this thread every hour doesn't help - it was already at the top of the crafting recipes section.
