Circuit Buster Dagger Isn't On The Wiki?

I got an unidentified legendary dagger and identified it, and it gave me the Circuit Buster. I went to the wiki and even just went through all the daggers on the wiki and can't find it anywhere. Is this a newer dagger or has it just not been added to the wiki?
It has 5-15 neutral and 12-31 thunder with a requirement of 10 dex and is level 16. It also does -7% health regen, +6 neutral spell damage and +20 main attack neutral damage.

 

Don't use the wiki for item/build related stuff. Use https://www.wynndata.tk/items/ instead, since the wiki is EXTREMELY outdated.

Wiki doesn't have info on every item in the game (we have Wynndata), however on everything else does
