I randomly saw the above thread because I usually ignore the main section for a while and check it at the end of the week or something, but I’ve finally had time to read up on this drama:

From what I’ve gathered, some bratty kid who is the same age as me happened to get a decently sizeable audience playing minecraft. He then got an email from Grian encourging him to make a vid playing the server, and he did it.

Not sure why this was such a big deal; This happens all the time. A rando minecraft tuber with less than 500k subs makes one vid on Wynn, and never does it again.
