Shaman/Skyseer Need Build Pvp (no Mythic)

Hello, I'm looking a very good pvp build for my shaman. (good dmg and good speed) Idk what is the best %spell damage or % main attack damage.
I can't buy mythics..
I want the best on the market ^^

I dont want to discourage you of getting a good pvp build, but the really good (game breaking) shaman pvp builds all include toxo, which is apperently worth ~20-25 stacks of le.
Are you lf a hunted build or just duels?

Yeah I know, the toxo is op but I already have 1stx...
Idk the difference with hunted mod and duels.

The difference is really drastic regarding build choices. You can take whatever items you want in duels. Hunted builds usually consist of mythics and untradeable items so that you dont drop them when you die.

I dont know what kind of ppl are in pvping in detlas, but every decent player I know would smash that build easily w/o tradeables

 

lol it's just jokes man no build is a guaranteed win. i just figured it'd be easier to obtain the items i listed, while at the same time being different from most other builds for being neutral damage based

 

Just go for poison.

Weapon: Sleep splitter

Armour: Necrosis, Coal duster, leggings of desolation, Scorpio

Accessories: 2*saundersi signet, gigabyte and dying lobelia

Works well for me
