Splitting Lore Into Topics And Upcoming Lore Plans!

Hello everyone!
After some deliberation with @ParkourTNT , we have decided to put the Great Lore Hunt on hold indefinitely. While fun and certainly worth it, it was not particularly efficient and we therefore believe a change of approach is in order.

Basically, we decided to start off with one big list-volume-book-thing of absolutely everything we know for certain about the lore of the game. Now, I believe that this is a wonderful approach. This project will likely start in about a month, because I am currently levelling up my new character and need time to do a bit of grinding.

But what I wanted to ask you about today was about how we are going to do this volume of what we know. I think we should definitely start with Wynn - the lore is simpler and its been the starting point for the developers too, meaning the lore trails would normally lead to Gavel and not from Gavel. But how do we split up this book into "chapters"? So far, these are the chapters I have decided on:

Everything we know about:
Bob and his life
The Ancients, the Silent Expanse, and Dern
The Olm and Time Valley
The desert empire
The general history of humans in Wynn
The corruption and Bak'al
The Twains
The villagers' lives in Wynn
The Dernel Jungle
Each city/town in Wynn
Fruma

That is as far as I have gotten. Please, and i mean please suggest new topics down in the comments. This will help the volume (or should I say, the huge thread) be more easy to navigate.

I would like to remind everyone that wynncraft wiki, especially this page is incredibly helpfull for finding lore or getting ideas.

Also add troms/dernel jungle topics

 

Note that I would still make threads to compile all the information on certain areas so we don't miss anything.

I'd also add Villagers as a topic.

What about adding the Corkus stuff as a topic. Things like the Avo and the Factory

 

The first one is Wynn, then Gavel and Corkus last.

@MagmaMelon lets make Corkus second, it is way smaller

 

Oh I see. Corkus should definitely be second because Corkus is superior to Gavel in every way

 

Corkus was implemented after Gavel. Therefore I think it should be done last because if the devs had any lore trails or whatnot planned out, they probably wouldn't go backwards in game progression.

Corkus is more of a side history, so I'd say finishing it with the Ocean before going to Gavel would be better.

Also, I've added Fruma to the list, since its more connected with Wynn in my mind that Gavel.

Wow, I wasn't in the original lore hunt but I've recently come to appreciate the lore of Wynn, looks super cool! I've been particularly interested in the Twains for some reason, anyways this looks like a really cool project!

 

These could fit in the same topic in my opinion

Also the Decay, the Realm of Light, everything with the Dwarves and Doguns, Qira (she doesn't have much lore as of now, but she still seems like an extremely important character, like Bob)

The Twains are something I'm super interested in as well and are definitely something we'll be trying to study a bit!
