Texture Pack Not Loading

Hello, I am considering joining the wynncraft community and playing on the server but I have run into a problem at the first 5 minutes: The textures are not loading or even downloading! I searched this problem up and found a thread that had a similar problem a few years ago I believe but I couldn't find my answer because the conversation ended without an answer. I would like some help from the staff or anyone who has any ideas of fixing this problem. Details: I connected to the worlds several times logging and disconnecting because my textures would not download(I have made the server settings to enabled in the "edit" options). I assume this is because of the character choosing menu that pops up right after the resource pack downloading screen closes which is why the download cancels(I don't know if I'm even right). When I go into the server resource packs folder in the %appdata% it is empty so I cannot even convert the texture pack from the server into a normal pack. I tried to download the textures manually from the internet but couldn't find any.

(Just stick it into your resourcepacks folder)

If you would like a 1.14 version I could make one, but generally 1.12.2 is the most stable for wynncraft, so I'd suggest using that.
