Hundred Mob Area

I am level 36, where can I find a area with fast mob respawn rate and high amounts of them, like hundreds of them. the best i have found so far is Nivla forest with its level 3 - 5 spiders but I don`t really get much exp and loot, there are also not very many there and don`t respawn fast enough

 

I don't know of any areas like this and I doubt they'd exist, significant amount of mobs would cause considerable player and server lag, especially at that high of a scale. if you're just looking for

if you're looking for exp grinding, there's dedicated grind spots around the map with enemies with yellow stars. just explore in areas your level range and you'll discover one; note that these do not drop loot though.
if you want to grind loot though, I would recommend just opting to go around getting loot chests since mob grinding for loot is slow compared to that.

Does killing mobs with a higher level then you give more exp?

 

don't know the exact calculations, but you'd likely get the most exp from mobs your level range
