Holy necro batman! In response to your question, that's the set bonus given when wearing all 4. It just negates the bonuses given by 3 of the pieces, meaning that your stats will be the same as wearing one of them and nothing else.

 

They nerf morph but they don't even see how op Ornate is? Why is the IM team so incompetent?
