What do I do with items like Yahya's Stained Bowl and Therck's Chain. Are they important for the future?

Quest items you get as a quest reward are always used for a later quest, so you should keep them (you can't throw them away anyway without using bugs)
also this belongs into the questions subforum https://forums.wynncraft.com/forums/questions.89/

Therck's Chain is an ingredient for crafting. However I would recommend you to keep it and skip proffesions on your first playthrough

If you have to delete some quest items like multiple climbing helmets I guess that you could create a new character and put them in there then delete that character

It's easier to just put them in the crafting grind and fill your inventory with emeralds.
