Ye he is, virtuoso is still crazy inflated even though a nerf is coming.

 

ingame market maybe, that's the only way you're going to find someone paying and even that isn't going to necessarily work. The price isn't there.

 

It might be 16-20le but I don't think its much lower than that

 

virt fell off a cliff recently because people aren't as bad as they used to be

sure, you can claim that it's the price, but you're really not going to see anyone buying at it.
