Assassin/Ninja Help Lower-level(69 Current) Air Build

Hi! Looking for an Air Build using Babylon's Scale that will last me for a while. Nothing too expensive; I'm trying to not spend a ton on this character. I pretty much just care about air damage and walk speed, though the focus is more melee instead of spell. Any help is welcomed. Thanks!

 

Also, I'd be open to using Chakram as well, if there are good builds using that.

Use a thunder build. Babylon's is just pepega. Chakram is better lol. https://wynndata.tk/s/7dx9lr I still use this at level 80. Dump extra points into Dex then agi

If you are set on Babylon's Scale, https://wynndata.tk/s/rlvw6e. Dump extra points into probably dex first if you want more dmg and agi if u don't wanna be hit :P

In any assassin build, make sure the stats are in the right spot. In this case, Thunder Damage, Spell Damage, and Mana Steal.
