Any Class What Is The Current Highest Possible Dps Is As Of 2020?

in one spell or melee, using any powder abilities/specials, mythics, crafted items, potions, or any combination usable ingame, do we really know the statistically highest possible damage output? when i look this question up on google, most of the threads that pop up are over 2 years old, with Wynndata saying most of them arent even viable in-game.

 

Why would you want highest possible dps..?

The highest possible dps would be like the most glassy build ever that would be absolutely cancerous to use because you would die before even getting to hit the enemy.

 

its not like im asking for an actual build to get and start using lmao, its just interesting to see how far we can push certain stats in the game like walkspeed, health, or dps

 

well without crafteds or going too glassy you can get ~50k dps with alka tierstack

i'm certain this isn't the max, but wynndata is being a tad bit slow and optimizing this kind of stuff is a pain to do without wynndata.

not sure if quake gives more dps or not. in hindsight, it probably does. may edit it later.

edit 2: ((127568/4.3)*22+(127568/4.3*4.15))/(23/4.3) = ~145039 dps (probably maybe)

(damage per hit (dps/hits per second) * 22 (hits to charge powder special) + damage dealt by quake (damage per hit * 4.15))/(seconds to deal 23 hits (22 hits to charge, 1 hit to quake), 23 hits/4.3 hits per second)

no idea if i got that right, sry for poo poo colors

edit 3: i'm a genius, 2nd build shouldn't have extra melee damage% (for some reason added it even though i had quake)

real effective dps should be ~114394

 

The scariest thing about this is that it's a completely viable build without any major downsides besides a little bit of glassiness and some -hpr

(Actually it might be crafted consumables/rage/skill point pots in which case cool, but I'm sure you can go even higher (maybe 6x crafted leopard's blood build with basically pure damage stacking armor))


Edit 2: Anyways while I'm waiting for by to explain what kinda witchery he's using to get those stats, here's my build.

The "too many skill points" is a non-issue, the build fits fine without them and i'm using 150 to represent the chugging of both a level 100 dex and a level 100 str pot.

Custom item is just Limbo + 5 tiers since I'm using +5 tier potion.
All custom inputed stats are using these lovely beauties + a max str/dex pot)



Is this the max? No, absolutely not- the recipes for chestplate and helmet can absolutely be improved; there's a lot of req space to work with so you can probably increase it further (Considering items like Ironwood Chips, Cursed Wings, Enhanced Pathfinding Microchip, and all those cool things, you can probably reach around 14k dps?)

edit 3: oh wait rage is a thing that exists.

Using by's Quake dps calculation we arrive at a nice, cool, very logical 183,419 dps
(I wanna see it go up to at *least* 190k, 183k dps just won't cut it for me.)

Edit 4: Doing some calculations with the Eye's hp, if one were to sustain this dps constantly, you could kill the eye in under 20 seconds!!!! (Ignoring phase changes obviously: with them included probably sub-1 minute solo is possible? Effectively however, you'd not be constantly under rage, and you'd be unable to effectively quake to get this dps, and you'd have to vanish every second, so i'd expect your dps to wander around the 100k mark, which would lead to a 35 second kill. (Again, ignoring phases))

Cata does a stupid amount of damage, yes, however A; it's hard to calculate spell dps because it's based on cps/what spell combos you do/etc, and B; it still won't out-dps 135k (161k E) damage a second (although it might with super optimized crafted, not sure tbh, and not sure if I want to venture into that dark hellscape)

You can do much, much more than that as stacking crafted consuambles is a thing
If a previously used consumable of the same type has the same ID as a later used one, the repeated ID will not be refreshed/overwritten, but you still recieve any other non repeated effects, thus allowing for a specialized consumable for every ID you need more or less for each crafting profession.

 

this is VERY cool and exactly the kind of thing i was hoping for, now hopefully when people google "wynncraft highest dps build" they find this thread and have as much fun as i did reading the quick math and potential for even further wack dps. in b4 200k melee on a viable build next update or improved crafted parts lmao

I've seen a 90k spin before in a war with killstreak with food/scrolls/pots that give around 50% spell dam each. I'm not sure what it can hit with more op consumables.
