A Hunter's Calling Rodoroc Slums

I fell out of the map in the part where it tells me to "Head deep inside the slums and blow it up." I had to /kill and now I can't seem to get teleported back to the quest area. Is there any way to fix this?

How did you/what part of the map allowed you to escape?

 

The prison or whatever it is at the back of the slums. You can see it in the pic next to my sword (the three iron doors). I did get back to the quest zone by randomly jumping around the slums but this should be fixed so more people don't have this issue.
