Where Are The Best Powder Grinding Spots?

    Yeah mobs aren't a reliable source. lootrunning can get you much more and higher tier powder.

    If you really want to grind for them, kill the flare mobs that spawn around rodoroc. They usually drop a t2 and a t1, sometimes t3 and rarely t4s

    personally i repeatedly run a cave with a higher tier chest at the end. chest are the most reliable source
