    Yes, mr is still negative, but you gain 1 mana/sec by default, so this build arguably has ¼ mr. I don't care if this build is not practical (it's usable, actually), I don't care if it only has 5k meteors (I managed to get 0 mr, but it has 3-digit meteor damage), I don't care if you need godly luck for this to work; I still officially outpogged lunar spine.
