It started as a joke but I got too deep into this so I will fix it

A malfunctuion in the machine sends everyone back. A rebelion starts pushing Back The Party of the Midas union to only a few countrys before we could fend then off. All Midas wants to do is to Exercise control, and Bep is following him blindly to the end of the world

You climb one of the blue trees. It looks endlessly tall. You climb to the height of the owl and from there, all you can see is more dense forest that goes all the way up into the sky. You still can't tell whether it's day or night but judging from the owl being awake, it's probably night. You then look at the green tree and spot a little wooden amulet hanging at the top branch of the tree.

"You shouldn't touch that," the Owl says. There's no change in the animal's composure but the dude is annoying so might as well go for the amulet.

What now?

The kid motions to the box. The three of you get into the box with the man sitting at the wheel, you sitting in the seat next to him, and the kid sitting in the back. The box suddenly comes to life and the man drives it onto the dirt and brick road. The man seems really happy with the fact that the box is actually moving.

"What'ya think of Asleto Marka's newest invention?" the man beams.

Asleto Marka is the guy who created the rogue AI factory in Strobus, the Creak capital but he's also responsible for other inventions like electro powered automation, etc.

Will keeps watch for a few minutes and takes a look at his surroundings. As noticed previously, the place looks very 1900s with a lot of old cars on the streets. The buildings are made of a random assortment of materials such as bricks, tiles, and also more modern building components such as concrete. There's a massive castle looking thing in the distance with 5 towers. There's a few other towers scattered around the city and a clocktower located near the castle. A few more minutes pass before Will's stomach growls and he realizes he and Nico are going to have to find food somewhere. Will looks in the street at some of the signs in front of stores but can't read the language that's on them. Strange. He's never seen a writing system like it before.

Nico is still asleep.

What now?

This is Beplep's backstory correct?

You may want to establish where exactly your character is because you mentioned that the political party led by Midas has taken over most of Europe. Notably, Timeverse has completely different continents (actually I don't think I even listed continents). So I'm just wondering if your character is from our world (the same world Nico and Will are from before they got teleported to Timeverse) or if you want to put Beplep and Midas's party somewhere in Timeverse.

extremely outgoing, confident, with endless vitality and virility, not afraid to go against people face to face, even when they are clearly stronger. He's extremely manipulative, which he calls "negotiation and diplomacy skill". His business dealings usually consist of emotions, observations, deductions, behavior, language, tactics and human logic. He can be extremely arrogant and speak in a condescending manner with those he deals with.
While he is typically calm when dealing dangerous business, he can sometimes be very nervous when not knowing what to do.
Despite being arrogant, manipulative and cunning, he loves his wife dearly. He cares for the people who become either his friends or allies and might feel guilty for hurting them (in which cases he did).

One day Rubellis stumbled upon a shady merchant whom he offered an interesting deal, though it seemed shady and illegal, Rubellis still went with the deal which he then betrayed the dealer by ratting him out to the police force, as a result, the dealer's gang wanted revenge for their gang member and so they sought to ruin rubellis' life in any way possible.


Having faced many troubles with them in his past years, as he is 24 now he just got married to his girlfriend and things have started to cool down a bit with the gang, although that does not mean they have forgiven him, throughout various and dangerous encounters, he lost more than he gained, and his losses include most of his right arm, his left eye's vision, as well as his parents' lives.
He still does use the exact same methods of earning his life savings but he is also looking out for a bright future with his wife.

Rubellis Traes Varner is a merchant and engineer that earns his life savings by many methods, whether its scamming, conmannery, pickpocketing, or if it comes to it, murder.
He creates various trinkets and accessories to sell for everyone from every race.

I was going to make his wife as a second char but not sure about it yet

Beplep will be in a europe like place in the MODERN timezone. I wanna establish a badguy and I am willing to be it. Btw I am back to the Modern era. Anything else to clarify

"I will begin work on your chair soon, it shouldn't take long." The mechanic said.

 

I have a chat with Midas about the failed rebel plans, and a new plan to take over what Assumably is europe. Midas wants to "branch out to other Timezones" and "wants to be seen as a king"

Background: Supreme Dictator of the Midas Party, he has wandered the earth hungry for power. No reason why he is evil he just is. Noone questions him not even Beplep

You climb back down the blue tree and climb up the green tree. The owl doesn't bother trying to stop you from getting the amulet. You climb up to the amulet and inspect it. It's a wooden amulet with a carved owl face exactly identical to the dumb owl that's been perched there.

"I am the keeper of this forest!" the owl booms as if expecting you to be amazed or something. The owl waits for a reaction.

"That's fair. It has made me really lazy," the man chuckles. A minute passes and the three of you reach the hospital. I guess that means the box made the trip shorter by a not significant amount. Anyway, the man being a compassionate soul carries the child into the hospital and you lead them to where you work.

The knees are still bleeding after all this time and the arm has a nasty burn wound that starts from the wrist and ends slightly above the elbow.

What now?

I think it would be fair to assume that Will and Nico have some ambrosia on them.

"Oh there's a reason why I brought this broken chair to you," the man says suddenly remembering something. He takes out a small piece of paper from one of the pockets of his jacket. "I found this note next to the chair when it was broken. Someone's trying to be threatening by breaking chairs," the man scoffs. "It's really stupid."

The man passes Alli the note and she reads it. It states the name of her repair shop alongside a note. "Gradins dies today." The threat wouldn't seem serious if it weren't for the fact that Gradins keeps his identity secret and the fact that Alli's identity seems to be compromised as well.

After you read the really short note, the man asks, "Do you know anyone by the name of Gradins? It sounds like a last name."

Okay I'm going to add some info:
The gang that has problems with Rubellis is "The House" referring to the house in casinos. The logo is a coin with an 8 logo on it. The House controls about 30-50% of the gangs in Strobus.

The leaders of The House are unnamed but Feredna Dacstra is the name of the leader of one of the smaller gangs that have given Rubellis the most trouble.

Some questions: What is the name of the girlfriend? How old is she? What does she look like? etc. I'm basically making you fill out another character sheet lmao but I think I may need this info for the future.

There aren't really any european countries in the Modern Timezone. The Detinu Provinces is the United States and Panami Nation is Canada. The closest to "europe" in a sense is indeed the Keplish, Pistire, and Manreg empires except they all act like 1800s and 1900s Germany instead of the several European countries. Basically, the Keplish, Pistire, and Manreg empires were inspired by significant historical stereotypes on Europe. In the pre-modern era, all of them act like Germany. In earlier centuries, they act like Portugal and Brittain.

Essentially, these are all the countries / powers that exist currently and their inspirations.
Modern Countries:
Detinu Provinces = United States
Panami Nation = Canada

Pre-Modern Countries:
Keplish, Pistire, and Manreg = Germany
Wasse = Russia (Soviet Union)
Shu La = China except not really.

Steampunk Countries:
Creak = Wynncraft Corkus

Maritime / Pirate Inspiration = Caribbean Sea

Medieval Powers:
Old Gawvon Empire = Mongols except not really.
Worijak = Ancient Romans
Ygerisi = Ancient Egyptians

Ancient Civilization and Hunter-Gatherers are a bit more stereotypical.

There's an easter egg in almost every name. I'd like people to try and figure out the logic behind Pemite-Reke Aepkep and Wasse's capital, Algabul. The rest of the easter eggs are simple enough or dumb humor.

Okay so am I going to reintroduce Beplep into the story by having him and the union assault Notingburg?

On the back of the amulet, there's a tiger head carved into it. Two little blue gems takes place for the tiger's eyes. You touch the gems and suddenly, they turn green.

The whole color of the forest changes from blue to green and it looks like a normal looking forest. You look up and you can now see the sky. It's midday. You then realize that all the trees except the one you are on have changed to green. What was once the only green tree in the forest is now the only blue tree in the forest.

You glance at the owl and notice it's brown now, a normal color.

"You shouldn't take the amulet, child."

What now?

 

"Take it back then."
I climb down from the tree with no intention of handing it back.
I like this more than the other place. Green is better than blue.
