If so then we head back to the quest giver (i seriously cant remember what exactly he was, its been a while)

If not then head back to see if there are any other rooms or halls we missed.

 

As you turn around to leave, the largest pile of emeralds explodes outwards, raining many of the shiny green gemstones onto you. Where the pile was is now a rat of enormous proportions, around the size of a normal Minecraft block. It hisses loudly, causing more piles to explode, revealing more rats.

I'll use penalty zone to do damage to all the rats

 

Cast windstorm on the Gigantic rat. (damned gigantic rat trying to be as good as colossal rat)

 

It gets better

 

I'll attack one of the smaller rats.

 

You hit all the rats except the gigantic rat for 1 damage each, and one of the rats takes 2 damage.

4 of the arrows hit, dealing 1 damage each.

You attack one of the rats with your staff, dealing 3 damage. Min attacks the same rat, dealing another 1 damage and killing it.
The gigantic rat charges at Xylina with the force of a bowling ball, dealing 3 damage and knocking her into a pile of emeralds. Both large rats and one of the rats gang up on Jahman for a total of 3 damage, and the last rat bites Johan for 1 damage.

Quickly get out of the pile, tell everyone to regroup and ask Johan to heal everyone.

 

I come near everyone and cast heal.

 

I use penalty zone again

 

Cast and aim windstorm on the remaining normal rats

 

Johan can only heal himself

 

It should be stated in the "Altered Mechanics" spoiler that "the Mage heal spell can only heal the user", since in the game, you can heal everyone around you from Grade I.

Reposition to a safer location and soul channeler time

You get up and cast windstorm on one of the remaining rats. It cannot react in time, and is pierced by all the arrows and is killed

All off the rats except the Gigantic rat are hit by the spell.

You retreat to the entryway, and cast Soul Channeler. Your totem appears in a flash of white mist in the center of the room.

Both dead rats' bodies shake and shudder, their bodies corrupting as they rise again.
The first large rat attacks Johan, while the other large rat and normal rat both attack Jahman.
The gigantic rat barrels into Min, knocking her off balance and throwing her to the ground before she can attack.

Ok since I'm a really terrible DM I FORGOT TO ADD INITIATIVE so if you guys could roll a d100(or 2 d10s) for me that would be swell.
